The mission of the Drug Procurement Fund goes beyond simple drug procurement. We are dedicated to providing support to individuals and families going through complex cancer treatment processes.
What do we do?
Procurement of drugs not on the essential list but recommended by physicians Procurement and lending of medical aids (wheelchairs, crutches, prosthetics, portable oxygen tanks, masks, medical wigs) Procurement of medical equipment for pediatric hematooncology departments Assistance in establishing diagnosis, as recommended by physicians Procurement of drugs needed for treatment Assistance in the rehabilitation process (physical exercises, speech therapy, neurorehabilitation exercises, etc.) Assistance during treatment outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina Assistance in seeking second opinions and additional analyses recommended by physicians
How does it work?
Our assistance is tailored to the specific needs of each family, child, and medical institution, guided by the expertise of our psychosocial team and consultations with relevant medical professionals.
