11 young hopes for the survival of the wig making craft in BiH

On the last working day of September, the month of raising childhood cancer awareness, we have officially completed the 10-month training of wigmakers as a part of the ‘My Hair, Your Hair’ project. On this occasion, we awarded the certificates to our hardworking and visibly excited candidates, who have now been trained to weave a wig on their own.

In our photo gallery, you can see the wigs made by our candidates during the one-month final examination period. We would like to convey our heartfelt congratulations to all of them for the successful completion of training and this great achievement. The very training lasted for a long time, it was difficult and challenging for every candidate, making this joint success much greater.

We would sincerely like to thank Mrs Jasmina Hadžić Ajanović, the master of wig making, for her excellent knowledge and skills and her unselfish efforts to train our candidates and teach them the techniques of this craft in the best possible way.

The Certificate on Successful Completion of Wigmaker Training was obtained by the following candidates:

Ela Plevljaković

“The ‘My Hair, Your Hair’ project is an inventive and useful one and getting trained to become a wigmaker for me means achieving one of my dreams”.
