The campaign of cutting and donating hair for children suffering from cancer titled My hair's your hair in Tuzla, March 17, 2018 from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the central plateau of Bingo Shopping Centre (main entrance).

As part of the My Hair's Your Hair project, the Association ‘Heart for the Kids with Cancer' organises a hair donation campaign for wigs for children suffering from cancer.

About 60 children of different age are diagnosed with different malignant diseases in Bosnia and Herzegovina every year. The healing percentage is about 80%. However, the path to recovery is difficult and painful for children, especially for girls, to whom hair loss is one of their most difficult experiences in this process.

We kindly invite all citizens of Tuzla Canton to join us in Bingo City Centre in Tuzla on March 17 from 12:00 am to 6:00 pm and donate their hair for wigs for children suffering from cancer.

An important note for all those who want to donate hair for wigs: your hair must be clean, dry, untreated by chemicals or dyes, and at least 30 cm in length (ideally longer).

We have, so far, made and delivered 14 wigs, and 4 more are underway. The wigs made in the Association's workshop are available free of charge to any child who has a temporary or permanent hair loss to help them restore their confidence and successfully fit into their environment.
